Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the boutique, tap the things you like, and follow the steps to checkout. You’ll need your name and villa number — that’s it.
Do I need to create an account?
No. We keep things simple — no account, no password. Just your name and where to bring it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven’t started wrapping it yet, absolutely. Ask at reception and we’ll sort it straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can settle at reception when your order is delivered, or pay by card at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Villa deliveries are usually within a couple of hours. If you need something sooner, let reception know and we’ll do our best.
Is delivery free?
Delivery to your villa is always complimentary. International shipping is charged at cost — you’ll see the amount at checkout.
Can you deliver to someone else’s villa?
Of course. Just add their villa number and we’ll take care of the rest. Add a gift message at checkout if you like.
Products
Are the products made locally?
Most of what we stock is made within an hour of here. Small producers, family workshops, people we know personally. Have a look at our Local Makers page for the full story.
Something is sold out — will it come back?
Usually, yes. We work with small-batch makers so things do sell out from time to time. Ask at reception and we can let you know when it’s back.
Do you have allergen information?
For food items, ingredients and allergen details are on the packaging. If you have a specific concern, ask at reception and we’ll check with the maker directly.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return something?
If something isn’t right, bring it back to reception unopened and we’ll sort it out. We want you to be happy with everything you take home.
What if something arrives damaged?
Let us know straight away. We’ll replace it or refund you — no fuss.
International shipping
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We can send anywhere in the world using trusted international couriers with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on the weight and destination. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you confirm.
What about customs and duties?
Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Most small orders go through without issue, but it varies by country.
